Subprocessors

Decryption Group employs subprocessors to aid in the delivery of our services, though not all subprocessors may be relevant to every customer. A subprocessor is a third-party data processor contracted by Decryption, which consents to accept personal data transferred from Decryption for processing tasks to be executed (i) on behalf of Decryption's clientele; (ii) adhering to the directives provided by Decryption; and (iii) in compliance with the stipulations of a formal agreement between Decryption and the subprocessor. This framework ensures that all data handling by subprocessors remains within the bounds of Decryption's commitments to data protection and privacy, reflecting our dedication to safeguarding customer information through responsible and secure data management practices.
